**About Us**
We are a dynamic and innovative fitness platform offering live and on-demand fitness, martial arts, and dance classes. Our mission is to bring world-class coaching and immersive content to our members, delivering high-quality, motivating, and instructional sessions. We’re expanding our content offerings and are seeking a skilled and creative Fitness Content Production Director to join our team.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Direction**:

- Work closely with fitness, martial arts, and dance coaches to enhance their on-camera presence and teaching style, ensuring high energy, clear instruction, and audience engagement.
- Provide direction on shot composition, lighting, and visual storytelling to make each session visually dynamic and brand-aligned.
- **Talent Development**:

- Guide and coach instructors to deliver exceptional on-camera performances, including feedback on pacing, clarity, and physical presentation.
- Train coaches on best practices for teaching in front of a camera, helping them build confidence and connection with viewers.
- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the filming of live and recorded sessions, ensuring consistency in technical quality, sound, and visuals.
- Collaborate with the post-production team or directly edit videos to create polished final products, adding branded elements, transitions, and effects as necessary.
- **Quality Assurance and Consistency**:

- Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and maintains a cohesive look and feel.
- Review and finalize videos for app upload, ensuring smooth transitions, mínimal distractions, and an overall high standard of quality.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Organize recording schedules for coaches, coordinate with other team members, and manage the content pipeline to ensure timely uploads to the app.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in film, media production, or digital content direction, ideally with experience in instructional or fitness content.
- Strong background in visual storytelling, camera work, lighting, and production.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for guiding and developing on-camera talent.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
