Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- General garbage pick-up and general cleaning of common areas
- Coordinate contractors and vendors under the direction of the property manager for specialized maintenance and repair projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Liaison and report to the property manager
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with tenants, and other stakeholders to address their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs and generate reports as required.
- Coordinate the preparation of offices before the arrival of new tenants
- Ability to identify, report, and respond to emergencies when necessary

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office building
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Confident in learning new compute-related functions such as BAS system, CCTV system, or access card control system

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
