Building Superintendent for a condo building on Markham Road in Markham - near Bur Oak Avenue

**THIS IS NOT A LIVE IN POSITION.**

**YOU WILL NEED TO COMMUTE DAILY FROM YOUR HOME TO THE JOB SITE.**

Duties to include:

- You **DO NOT** collect rent from tenants.
- Maintain compactor room and garbage area, move garbage bins and clean them when emptied.
- Perform daily inspection of electrical and mechanical systems and perform maintenance as required.
- Basic cleaning of various areas of the building, minor repairs such as drywall, and minor painting. Other duties as required.

Work - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM **AND** Saturday and Sunday 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L6E 0T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Superintendent: 1 year (preferred)
- Janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
