We are currently seeking a **Counter Sales Manager **to become an integral part of our **Mississauga** location
- Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customers' needs in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Manage the operations functions at the counter including warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory
- Communicate to and train employees on proper processes and sub-processes, as well as equipment usage and maintenance
- Implement company procedures
- Supervise all counter personnel
- Maintain showroom/display area and coordinate customer/supplier functions in conjunction with sales team (i.e. counter days, product sessions, and barbecues).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years related industrial, supervisory and sales experience considered as a strong asset
- College degree in business or equivalent education would be considered a strong asset
- Computer literacy - AS/400 and MS Office
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
