We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on **Residential Renovation Instructor** to lead small-group, practical workshops teaching homeowners how to confidently tackle their own renovation and repair projects. If you've spent years mastering your trade and love the idea of passing that knowledge on to others—this role is for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll lead hands-on classes that teach real-world renovation techniques to homeowners eager to learn. Our workshops are practical, upbeat, and rooted in real experience—not textbook theory.

**Topics you may teach include**:

- Installing vinyl plank flooring & tile
- Basic framing and finishing carpentry
- Hanging doors, installing trim, and other finishing work
- Bathroom renovations
- Basic residential plumbing and electrical
- General home maintenance

Classes are run throughout the week—days, evenings, and weekends—and we’ll work with your availability to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Experienced** in residential renovations, ideally across multiple trades (we love a jack-of-all-trades)
- **Patient and personable** - you enjoy working with people and explaining things in a way that makes sense
- **Reliable and professional**, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable teaching small groups in a hands-on setting
