Carpenter / Skilled Labour

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install various structures and fixtures according to project specifications.
- Perform construction painting, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
- Install siding and other exterior finishes to enhance building aesthetics and durability.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute projects accurately.
- Plumb fixtures and structures as required for proper installation and functionality.
- Lay tiles with precision, ensuring alignment and quality of finish.
- Restore damaged areas of buildings, including drywall repair and replacement.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary for transporting materials and equipment on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and repair processes is a plus.
- Experience with tile laying, siding installation, and painting techniques is advantageous.
- Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
