Skilled Carpenter

**Summary**

As a Skilled Carpenter, you will be integral to our construction team, focusing on high-quality carpentry work. Your core skills in woodworking, hand tools, and power tools will be essential in executing projects efficiently.

We have a renovation property in Petitcodiac New Brunswick. We are doing a complete renovation of the inside and outside of the property. Other renovation projects will be happening in the future.

**Responsibilities**
- Your responsibilities may include carpentry tasks such as tear out, framing, beam installations, windows & doors, siding, flooring, drywall, trim & paint.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in carpentry and woodworking techniques
- Skilled in using hand and power tools effectively
- Experience with framing, beam installation, window installation, door installation, siding, flooring, drywall, trim & paint
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on renovation projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work with various construction materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience as a carpenter for 5+ years is preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
