- Experience with files such as PGWP, Study Permit, Work Permit, Citizenship, PNP, Express Entry, CEC, etc.

What You Will Do:
As a member of our Surrey team, the Immigration Case Processor, working under the guidance of the Head of Case Management, will undertake the following responsibilities:
Information Collection:

- Handle some telephone inquiries according to established program procedures.

Case Management:

- Screen, assess, and evaluate client needs to determine eligibility for immigration benefits and program services.
- Complete immigration forms for assigned cases based on client eligibility
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3W 3A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Canadian Immigration: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
