The team consists of six members: a Senior Manager, three Institutional Market Specialists, a Business Program Analyst, and 1-2 co-op students. The team works closely with partner Ministries, public institutions (healthcare, post-secondary, K-12 schools, etc.), and businesses across the food supply chain. Feed BC values diverse skill sets and perspectives that support the goals of fostering economic development and supporting a strong agriculture and food sector. **The Role** As a Business Program Analyst with Feed BC, you’ll play a key role in developing initiatives that support data analysis, business connections, partnership development, and program performance management. You will support building relationships with other government teams and within B.C.’s agriculture and food processing sectors. Your work will help support initiatives that increase awareness and demand for B.C. food in public institutions as well as building the market readiness of B.C. food businesses. If you’re excited about food, data analysis, and relationship building, this is the job for you **Qualifications**: **Education and Experience Requirements** - Degree in economics, business administration, marketing or public administration, or equivalent and a minimum of one year of work experience in each of the required work experiences stated below; OR - An equivalent combination of at least four years combined of education, training and/or experience, in addition to a minimum of one year of work experience in each of the required work experiences stated below, may be considered. **Related experience must include the following**: - Experience researching program/policy issues and conducting program/policy analysis. - Experience managing projects and/or project components. - Experience producing reports, presentations and data analysis using Office 365 Business Suite. - Experience with stakeholder and/or client engagement. **Preference may be given to applicants with**: - Experience working with the agriculture, food processing and/or food supply chains (ex. food production, processing, distribution, retail, etc.). - Experience supporting the development and/or management of technology products such as websites or software. **Willingness statements**: - Valid BC Driver’s Licence or equivalent within 6 months of beginning position. - Willingness to travel. **About this Position**: This position can be based in any Corporate Services for the Natural Resources sector office.
