General Floor Helper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Cutter with duties
- Train in and help to support the Shipping role
- Train in our Inventory Control
- Assist with pre-stocking for our presses
- Contribute to keeping a tidy and safe working area
- Contribute to on-going improvement of processes within department when opportunities arise
- Willingness to work in other departments as required
- Operate in a professional manner with fair and equitable treatment of all employees according to Company policy
- Quality and Health & Safety Guidelines according to Company policy
- Take on additional responsibilities when required

**Other**:

- College degree
- 2 years’ experience in manufacturing setting
- Methodical with good attention to detail and neat working habits
- Computer literate
- Physically fit and capable of handling different types of material weighing up to 50 lbs
- Team Worker - must work closely with any pressman on any press assigned to
- Available for unscheduled additional hours of work i.e., overtime
- Organized and responsible with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

**Job Type: Full Time, hourly: 6:30am
- 2:30pm/ 40 hrs. per week/Shifts may change based on needs of Company.**
