**Overview**

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Shipper/Receiver** to support our warehouse and inventory operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

**Duties**
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to meet customer deadlines
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, documented, and stored in the correct inventory locations
- Enter shipping and receiving data into the inventory management system in real time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including item counts, bin locations, and movement logs
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure inventory availability and accuracy
- Keep the shipping/receiving and inventory areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or inventory-related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, inventory software)
- Ability to lift up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $20.00 per hour
