**Who we are**:
Kingfisher International Inc. is a veterinary contract research organization that specializes in _in-vivo_ GLP/GCP studies in dogs and cats in support of drug development for the veterinary market.

KFI is looking for a Research Coordinator to join our team. This position is a “hands-on” role that is integral for the successful running of a study.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with writing and formatting of scientific protocols, data collection forms, final study report, internal and external contributing reports, and compilation of raw data files.
- Assisting with study logistics and planning
- Oversee the handling and processing of study documents
- Ensure ordering and use management of study specific non-laboratory consumables
- Oversee preparation of study specific equipment and materials.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned when training and experience allows (_e.g_., laboratory activities or study procedures).
- Working closely with the Study Director to oversee in-life activities, minimize protocol deviations and initiate protocol amendments.
- Assist with draft responses to quality audits

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma including: BSc or RVT
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats

**Shift**:

- Full time, 37.5 hours/week
- Position requires some flexibility in shifts due to study requirements

**Compensation**:

- Salary range $48,000 - $65,000, commensurate with previous research experience
- Fully covered Health, Dental and Insurance benefits plus additional $350 healthcare spending account
- 10 days annual paid vacation
- 5 days annual paid personal emergency leave

- Paid car mileage for all OT shifts

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
