Based on the South Shore of Montreal and in full expansion, **PRO-BALLAST** is looking for a **Production Labourer**, passionate about manual work and machinery operation, to join their team.

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:
Under the supervision of the team leader of his department, the Production Labourer must perform various handling, packaging, sanding, preparation and cleaning of parts and will safely operate various equipment and machinery related to production.

Understand basic manufacturing drawing specifications, such as size, colour and quantity;
- Assist equipment operators in their duties;
- Sandblast steel and aluminum structures;
- Operate simple machinery such as sandblasters, benders, filtering machines, etc;
- Clean parts;
- Packing products for shipping;
- Handle various materials;
- Participate in the manufacturing of products;
- Handle various machinery;
- Ensure quality control;
- Respect the company's policies, procedures and regulations.

**THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION ARE**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Be able to use tools such as drill, grinder, band saw, sandblaster,
- Be able to work independently
- Be in good physical shape and able to lift loads
- Be able to use a computer system
- Be able to read a plan
- Be able to use and interpret measuring instruments

- Reliability, being trustworthy, dependable and responsible to one's obligations;
- Stress tolerance, effective in dealing with stressful situations;
- Leadership, willingness to work in a team.
