Key Responsibilities:

- Main responsibility for translating the firm's social media content;
- Translation and revision of texts of various kinds, mainly related to the world of marketing, but also to law, administration and technology;
- Participation in the transcreation of attractive written and visual content that showcases the firm's expertise while respecting digital best practices;
- Linguistic advice in the creation and maintenance of the firm's website to ensure that content is adapted to the markets served by the firm;
- Involved in managing various translation, writing and editing requests, record keeping and report production;
- Management of the firm's translation tools and databases.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in translation, or equivalent training and experience;
- Three to five years' experience in translation or writing for a professional services firm, particularly in the fields of law, social media, web content and legal directories;
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- You must be a member in good standing of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec and/or other professional associations (ACJT, ACGL, etc.);
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of memoQ, DeepL, iManage, Visio is an asset;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French;
- Expertise in managing the expectations of various stakeholders in terms of implementing solutions that meet the firm's needs;
- Participation in various corporate branding projects an asset;
- Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and ability to prioritize multiple requests;
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimum supervision and take initiative.
