Air Riderz is seeking a self motivated, self starter, experienced General Manager for their location in Vaughan, ON. This position requires someone with high energy, excellent organization skills and ability to provide excellent consumer experience and staff management in a fun environment.
As the General Manager of Air Riderz establishment, you will be responsible for overall operations and business development of Air Riderz. As the General Manager he/she will have full accountability of the operations, customer service, event management, business development, marketing strategies, safety, maintenance and general functionality of the establishment. Prior Kids Entertainment facility management experience is definitely an asset.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as General Manager
Event Management experience
Risk Mitigation experience
Ability to work weeknights/weekends
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Direct and oversee the operations of Air Riderz. Staff Hiring, Scheduling, Payroll.
- Lead Air Riderz facility teams to achieve excellence in consumer experience
- Lead all aspects of business development including yearly calendar of events, content development and social media strategies
- Monitor performance of establishments and implement corrective action whenever necessary
- Develop annual budget and oversee all elements of budget usage.
- Constantly look for new avenues of business development and revenue for Air Riderz
- Open and close facility
- Manage birthday parties and corporate events
