**Company Overview**:
**Position**:
The ideal General Manager possesses a genuine passion for sales and leadership while overseeing all aspects of gym operations, sales, member service, and team development. This person serves as an enthusiastic advocate for health and wellness, combining the ability to foster a thriving team environment with strong sales acumen.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years in a sales-oriented role.
- Minimum of 2 years in a Management role.
- Proficiency in cultivating sales and mentoring Sales Associates.
- Aptitude for managing and optimizing multiple revenue streams, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Exceptional leadership skills to maintain and enhance our dynamic culture.
- Ability to work a flexible mixture of shifts, such as morning, evening, or weekend.
- Fluent in English with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective changes.
- Passionate about wellness and people.
- Proficient writing and grammatical skills.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, with a keen eye for detail.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
