Customer Service Representative

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage a proactive relationship with assigned customers, ensuring effective analysis and definition of our customers' needs and providing intermediate technical assistance on connectors and cable assemblies.
- Ensure the commercial administrative follow-up: prepare quotations, ensure follow-up until reaching the order status, process sales orders, follow-up of the order, change orders, RMA's, delivery notes, invoicing, transports (import/export). Deadline monitoring of open customer orders and supplier orders.
- Provide support to the Field Sales Representatives in relation to the needs of our customers and in identifying the most appropriate solutions for our customer's requirements.
- Monitor the sales targets to increase LEMO's market share, by reporting new opportunities (accounts, market segments), to Field Sales Representatives for follow-up.
- Assist the Finance department in maintaining customer accounts and supplying information for initial and subsequent credit checks.
**PROFILE**
- University or College graduate from a Technical Program
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the electronic components industry, preferably in the field of connectors or cable assemblies, with exposure to domains such as defense, broadcasting, or medical is preferred
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (and French would be beneficial). MS Office and ERP.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Ability to work independently and coordinate activities with colleagues from different departments.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
