**JOB SUMMARY**
- Support the Sales Team to streamline, coordinate and complete vehicle sales deliveries to guests with the primary objectives of maximizing efficiency and guest satisfaction

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing and moving vehicles to the delivery bay according to the delivery schedule.
- Constantly upkeep all display New and Pre-owned vehicles in presentable conditions
- Manage vehicle displays in Lexus basement, Lexus back lot, Lexus patio, Toyota used car lot and Toyota back lot
- Dispose all personal belongings, remove Service Connect registration (if applicable) and clear personal data on all previous guests’ vehicles.
- Take photos of used vehicles after reconditioning for our websites and social media
- Answer all vehicle functionality questions of service guests and sales guests after vehicle delivery
- Clean the guest walking area due to snow or any other road hazard for safety reasons
- Clear snow during winter season to keep the vehicles parked outside in presentable conditions
- Ensure that accessories/added options such as rust proofing, tinting or mouldings are properly installed on the vehicle before delivery.
- Work with compound team to move sold vehicles from off-site compounds to the dealership to be prepared for delivery
- Work with PDI department to confirm that deliveries are on schedule, or that scheduling conflicts can be identified and resolved
- Ensure the vehicle has a full tank of gas and complete final walk-around when ready for delivery to check for damage, cleanliness, etc.
- Maintain daily / weekly delivery schedule including dates, times, and stock numbers.
- Coordinate with leaders to overcome obstacles and solve problems
- Assist each guest in learning the features, and benefits of their vehicle - including answering questions, setting up Service Connect and their mobile device, demonstrating usage of features, etc.
- Demonstrate and follow Erin Park’s 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions

**Education/ License**
- **MUST HAVE OMVIC Certification**
- **Must hold G class driver’s license**

**Experience**
- 1-year experience in a customer service role
- Previous sales experience in retail environment (asset)

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Technical knowledge of Lexus vehicle lineup to demonstrate all features of the vehicle purchased by the guests
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Skilled usage of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task with strong emphasis on organization

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
