Flatbed Dispatcher

**The Flatbed Dispatcher **will work with our Logistics team and Flatbed drivers to ensure seamless communication through the shipping process. They will be responsible for Scheduling, Dispatching, Customer service and POD collection.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience dispatching flatbed equipment.
- Strong understanding of transportation industry and transport laws
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a member of a team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; organizational planning and time management skills
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Scheduling drivers and using our TMS system.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all orders are coordinated for on time delivery
- Comply with laws, regulations and standards, completing any required documentation as applicable
- Update clients as well as problem solve to meet client needs.
- Ability to be flexible and work extended hours as required
- Organize and complete order documentation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
