**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily spa and salon operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or special requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and evaluating operational activities.
• Control and manage inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and ordered on time.
• Support the development and execution of advertising or marketing strategies in collaboration with the management team.
• Assist in budgeting and financial tracking to ensure the spa remains within operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive and motivated team atmosphere.
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff to improve performance and maintain a high standard of service.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure staffing levels meet the needs of the spa.
• Collaborate with management on promotional activities and initiatives to drive client engagement and sales.

**Requirements**

• **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in spa services or a related industry is required.

**Schedule**

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, with occasional night shifts as needed
