**Job Duties**
- Operate the client’s WMS system for tracking and managing inventory of production and finished products.
- Perform cycle counting.
- Manage and create shipping documents.
- Track shipments and coordinate with carriers and truckers.
- Report daily operational activities to the logistics manager.
- Manage workers.
- Handle office administration tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and organization.
- Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms
- Strong prioritization skills to manage conflicting demands
- High level of integrity and an excellent work ethic
- Availability to work the night shift (9 PM to 7 AM, with a 1-hour break)
