**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for administering, process, and authorizing warranty claims to the manufacturer, and reconcile them accordingly. Specifically:

- prepare, process, record, and reconcile warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines
- maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims
- forward warranty claims for defective parts to the factory and distributors
- arrange for parts to be shipped back to the factory or distributor
- follow up on any outstanding warranty claims to keep receivables current
- maintain schedules for factory warranty, extended warranty, and pre-delivery inspection; and ensure balances remain current
- process ‘goodwill’ claims and maintain general ledger

**About you**
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in office administration; dealership experience preferred
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
