**Landscape Technician (full-time)**
A **Landscape Technician **at Cudmore’s Landscape & Design are punctual, team-focussed and eager to learn and quickly expand their skillsets. Essential to our team success, this role works closely with skilled Lead Hands, Crew Leaders, Project Managers and our Designers, getting hands on with project fulfilment, installation of softscapes and hardscapes, working with plant and stone material and delivering exceptional results and amazing spaces for our clients and community to enjoy.
Successful Landscape Technicians are hungry to learn and grow, collaborators, proactive thinkers, and emotionally intelligent team players. Like everyone at Team Blue, this person will check their ego at the door and join a team of professionals who adore our industry, working outdoors, daily physical and mental challenges, and tangible accomplishments each and every day.

- Arriving at the job site on-time and prepared to work, equipped with PPE, water and lunch
- An engagement with the tasks assigned to their crew
- Understanding the importance of pace, professionalism and respect while working at a client’s home
