Job Overview Labourer

We are seeking Landscape Labourers to complete our team. Ideal candidates will have some experience in the landscape industry and a willingness to learn and grow within our company. This role involves general landscape maintenance including grass cutting, trimming, pruning as well as garden maintenance and clean up of leaves and debris throughout various properties each day.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily landscaping operations, including maintenance and installation tasks.
  • Working within a team to complete daily tasks at various properties each day.
  • Complete landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, gardening.
  • Compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment at all job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with management and supporting staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in landscape maintenance deemed an asset.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care and garden design principles an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail an asset.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. Must be able to lift 25+ lbs.
  • Valid G driver's license and a clean driving abstract an asset.
  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Safety Boots CSA approved required as part of the uniform.
