**About the Role**

Victory Range Hoods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Shipping & Customer Service Associate** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in reviewing orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with the shipping manager, warehouse, and couriers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and manage a digital order list to ensure accurate tracking of all orders.
- Reach out to customers regarding:

- Oversold items
- Order delays
- Backorder dates and updates
- Add detailed notes to customer service tickets, including order details, delivery dates, exchanges, and more.
- Provide shipping labels to the warehouse for outbound shipments.
- Retrieve shipping labels from the warehouse for cancelled or modified orders.
- Handle incoming shipping-related phone calls.
- Tag and sort orders within platforms such as **ShipStation** and **Shopify**.
- Obtain pallet measurements and photos from the shipping dock as needed.
- Verify and trace courier pickups to ensure successful delivery.
- Complete necessary shipping and office paperwork, including courier forms, warehouse forms, and other time-sensitive documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **High School Diploma** or equivalent.
- Proficiency in **English**, both written and spoken.
- Strong skills using **Google Drive** and **Google Sheets**.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Previous experience in **customer service**, **sales**, or **shipping** is an asset.
- Knowledge of **Shopify**, **Zendesk**, and **ShipStation** are a plus
