**Summary**:
Marine Vista Realty is a professional company which specializes in helping client with real estate services and build investment real estate portfolios in Greater Vancouver Region. The company has a number of divisions specializing in areas such as Property Management, Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Building Residential Homes.

We are searching for a **Licensed Property Manager**

**Responsibility**:

- Establish and maintain professional working relationship with tenants, vendors, and co-workers to ensure smooth operation of the Property.
- Coordinate complaint management and settle problem situations to clients’ satisfaction;
- Help develop and issue administrative and operational policies and procedures related to property management.
- Prepare and administer contracts for property, such as leasing and renewal contracts
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
- Meet and ensure the smooth integration of new tenants.
- Supervise moving-out activities (elevators, access cards, keys, parking privileges, etc.) and make sure that the vacated premises meet all conditions stipulated in the lease.
- Conduct showings and inspections of rental properties
- Small errands and courier documents

**Requirements**:

- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Work independently and within our team organization;
- Have strong people and communication skills;
- Obtained Property Management License
- Transportation to and from sites and office, ideally the incumbent would have a car.
- Fluent in other languages
- Proven efficiency in Excel and Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
