**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Strategic Operations Management**:Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

**Team Leadership**:Inspire, support, and manage your team, ensuring you have the best talent and that they have the tools and training needed to succeed.

**Client Engagement**:Develop strong relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings, industry events and consistent follow-up.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all Taiga health and safety standards are met.

**Financial Stewardship**:Prepare and manage sales and operations plans, monitor compliance and oversee capital expenditures.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in a managerial role with full P&L accountability
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Commitment to health and safety standards

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to conduct presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Manual dexterity required to daily use laptop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required - off hours communication and interaction may be part of the role from time to time.
