This Summer Student role will support the **Records Management** team and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the field of **Enterprise Content Management** at a fast-paced real estate company. Throughout the work term, students will participate in several exciting events, including department information sessions, coffee chats with senior leaders, company-wide culture events, quarterly Town Halls, and skill-building workshops.

**During this program, you will**:

- Work and communicate with a variety of teams across the organization, expanding your business network.
- Gain practical experience capturing, classifying, and maintaining records.

**Responsibilities**:
You will have the opportunity to work on several diverse projects. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting business users with file retrieval requests
- Developing and delivering end-user training

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a post-secondary program specializing in Archives and Records Management
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail
- Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter
- Familiarity with content management software (SharePoint, M-Files) is an asset.
