**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team, looking after site infrastructure projects specifically. The site Infrastructure coordinator is responsible for the planning of the site infrastructure projects including capital, repair and continuous improvement projects. This role involves strategic oversight, high-level problem-solving, and stakeholder management to enable the project manager to ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget. The Coordinator will provide guidance and support to other teams, ensuring that best practices and organizational goals are consistently achieved and provides leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through close-out, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the planning of multiple site infrastructure related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
- Monitor project performance and progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Identify and communicate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are managed and implemented as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the Project Managers to review and approve project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Work with the PMs to ensure that project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on projects status, performance, and potential issues.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety and standards requirements.
- Ensure all projects are executed following procurement policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, cost efficiency, and/or productivity.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of capital, repair, and improvement initiatives.

**Experience**
- 5+ years of management and coordination experience, with a strong background in shipping terminal environments or industrial.
- Civil/Structural Engineering discipline preferred
- Proven track record of leading large, complex site infrastructure projects, including capital improvements and significant repairs.
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work across multi-functional teams.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Experience working with unionized labor, as well as understanding of regulatory and safety requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
