**Compensation**:
$18 - $20 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
- Manage/organize Real Estate CRM
- Ability to work effectively on Google Workspace
- Creating marketing flyers
- Input on Social Media content
- Office meeting preparations
- Develop listing and buyer procedures for administrative support
- Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file it in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
- Great written and verbal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Real estate license preferred

- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
