**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and understand the needs of a travel advisor in terms of current business obstacles, opportunities for productivity increases, and gaps in sales and marketing solutions.
- Develop and manage long-term member relationships with travel advisors in your portfolio.
- Support and lead live training events, attend networking events, and be an active and visible member of our travel community.
- Collect feedback on Ensemble platforms, and liaise with the team to fill gaps.
- Promote Ensemble programs during every interaction with members - living, breathing, and eating the benefits of our consortium.
- Driving results by achieving monthly platform adoption and transaction targets.
- Working collaboratively across teams to achieve success for the organization and adopting the values and culture of Ensemble, and most important drive value to our members.
- Travel up to 30% of time.
- Complete administrative tasks on time (e.g., Expense Reporting, Weekly Activity Reports, Business Plans, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Minimum three years in sales (travel agency sales preferred) with proven results.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively with executives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence behaviour change is critical.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality (no task is too small) with strong judgment, attention to detail and an analytical mind.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Low ego and highly collaborative style.
- Able to effectively manage ambiguity and change while working on cross functional projects and initiatives.
- Naturally curious with a strong determination to work around obstacles.
- Collaborative and confident with sound judgment.
- Unquestionable integrity, high energy, and a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical stills with good financial and business acumen.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint and Teams.
