More specifically, the strategist will:

- Develop and ensure the competitive evolution of our national advisor loyalty programs
- Ensure organic growth by developing cross-selling strategies within the iA client base
- Collaborate with other marketing strategists to identify growth opportunities related to marketing campaigns or product launches
- Support the manager in planning and orchestrating multidisciplinary committees with the goal of identifying growth levers
- Work together with the Growth Hub to implement growth strategies across the various iA business segments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective prospecting programs, identify opportunities and define strategies (lead nurturing and others) to support advisors in acquiring new clients
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to monitor the performance of our initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of results and client and advisor satisfaction
- Collaborate on connecting analysis results to client data relevant to the segmentation and personalization of content
- Assume responsibility as the first point of contact for opportunity development and lead management. This includes organizing monthly meetings with stakeholders as well as maintaining open lines of communication with them
- Support the distribution network marketing team in various mandates as required
- Your career path looks like this:_
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, e-commerce or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years in a similar role
- Experience in a work environment with multifunctional teams and strong soft skills in negotiating to harmonize the work of professionals across the company
- Experience in the field of relationship marketing
- Experience managing Agile projects
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Specific skills:_
- Result-oriented
- Independent, resourceful, self-starter, prioritization and organization skills and sense of responsibility
- Skilled at building positive working relationships with colleagues
- Knowledge of automated marketing tools (HubSpot, SalesForce)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace (previously Google Suite)
- Strong sense of curiosity, interest in technology and ability to learn
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French-speaking clients across Canada
- Knowledge of individual savings and insurance products (asset)
