Don’t search anymore Cogir Real Estate is seeking an individual for a Residential Building Assistant Superintendent position, to join our multi-residential apartment complex located in Mississauga. **The position(s) will include the following**: - Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment - On-the-job Training **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Administrative office duties; - Show vacant apartments to prospective residents; - Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors; - Prepare apartments for new residents; - Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections; - Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance; - Other grounds maintenance; - Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly; - Always maintaining positive safety and security; - Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies; - Maintain fire safety and winter logs; - Follow an "on call" schedule; - Other duties as assigned by Manager **Essential Skills**: - Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset; - Oral communication; - Working with others; - Minimum of 2 years of experience Assistant Superintendent applicant, is required to submit resume for consideration.
