Our customer service focused bicycle shop has been serving the community for over 90 years. We serve all types of cyclists with a large selection of bicycles, parts, accessories and clothing. We offer a complete range of bicycle service and service packages performed by professional bike technicians. We also provide a positive environment for every type of cyclist, regardless of age, gender or bicycling discipline.

The shipping and receiving team performs all tasks required for the inventory management and distribution of a multi-location bicycle retail store. They are also required to assist in a variety of customer service roles within the organization when called upon. The majority of the role requires receiving product into, and organized inventory transfers through, our Ascend POS system followed by the physical transfer of the product to and from all locations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a valid drivers license as well as the ability to lift, sometimes heavy, awkward items or seek assistance in doing so.

Day to Day Functions:

- Driving a company vehicle between locations daily
- Physical Inventory transfers between stores
- Data entry and processing of incoming weekly orders
- Processing and shipping e-commerce orders
- Processing warranty claims
- Responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse at each location

**Requirements**:

- Ability to Lift 40-60 lbs. with assistance or alone when safe
- Familiarity with MS Office environment - primarily Excel
- Valid Canadian drivers license
- Passion for bicycles and a familiarity with their operation
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
