7:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:00-15:30 on Fridays.
**Location**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
Material Handling:
- Picking, checking and shipping materials accurately and efficiently.
- Crating project materials as required by documentation and/or packing slips.
- Crating materials that have been returned from construction sites.
- Counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking materials.
- Ensure cleanliness of yard and maintain organizational systems.
Inventory Management:
- Recording inventory using Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating material shortages in advance.
- Check incoming deliveries to ensure ordered material meets quality standards.
- Repack material coming from site - Adding to inventory.
- Cleaning, disposing of garbage coming from site - Freeing up crates.
Production:
- Performing Production Associate responsibilities during periods of downtime.
Equipment Operation:
- Using a forklift to load and unload trucks with materials (crates, A-frames, bundles) multiple times per day.
Site Safety:
- Ensure safe forklift operation and maintain a hazard-free yard.
- Follow safety procedures and report any risks or incidents.
Collaboration:
- Reporting to Freight & Logistics Manager for all upcoming deliveries and shipments.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate record management.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- (For future project) Familiarity with RF devices is an asset.
- Experience using a forklift is required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
- Physically able to handle squatting and reaching.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision (self-starter).
- Ability to occasionally work overtime is required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License (required).**:
- **Class DZ or AZ license is an asset.**:
- **Valid Forklift Operator's License certified (required).**:
- Highschool diploma/GED preferred.
- 1 year of previous experience in material handling is preferred.
