**Bridal Specialist Agent**

**The Position**

**Tasks**
- Interpreting and quoting requests for custom designs
- Placing orders and sending confirmation to retailers
- Communicating special considerations to Admin team
- Creating and sending Return Authorizations (RAs) as required
- Updating quotes, orders, and RAs as required
- Sending samples, stones, etc. to retailers on memo
- Requesting wax prototypes to be sent to retailers
- Assisting retailers with repair requests
- Reporting glitches and system issues to Assistant Bridal Team Lead

**Requirements**:

- Career oriented individual
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience and confidence working under deadlines
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

**Nice to have**
- Experience working in the jewelry or fashion industry

**Hours**: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am - 3:30pm

**Job Type**: Full time (40h/week)

**Compensation**: Based on experience
- Employee health benefit program will take effect after probation period._
