**We're Hiring: Ocean Freight Quotation Specialist (Inside Sales)**

We're looking for someone to join our team as the go-to person for handling spot rate requests and providing quotations for **ocean freight** services to our existing clients.
This role involves:

- Being the first point of contact for incoming ocean freight quote requests
- Requesting and comparing rates from our network of ocean carriers, NVOCCs, and agents
- Building accurate, competitive spot rate quotes based on multiple inputs (origin, destination, routing, surcharges, etc.)
- Coordinating with carriers, partners, and internal teams to gather all required information
- Preparing and sending clear, complete quotations to clients
- Following up on quotes and assisting with a smooth handover to the operations team

This position is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, operations, and customer service teams to help deliver great service and competitive ocean freight pricing.

Ce poste comprend:

- Être le premier point de contact pour les demandes de soumissions en fret maritime
- Obtenir et comparer les tarifs auprès de notre réseau de transporteurs maritimes, NVOCC et agents
- Créer des soumissions ponctuelles précises et compétitives selon plusieurs facteurs (origine, destination, itinéraire, surtaxes, etc.)
- Coordonner avec les transporteurs, partenaires et équipes internes pour recueillir toutes les informations nécessaires
- Préparer et envoyer des soumissions claires et complètes aux clients
- Effectuer le suivi des soumissions et assurer une transition fluide vers les opérations

Ce poste convient à une personne rigoureuse, dotée d’excellentes compétences en communication et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations et du service à la clientèle pour offrir un excellent service et des tarifs maritimes compétitifs.
