We're Hiring a Receptionist - St. Catharines & Oakville Hospital Clinics
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of Occupational Therapy services across Ontario. We’re looking for a Receptionist to support our growing clinic operations at St. Catharines General Hospital and Oakville Trafalgar Hospital clinic space.

- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Clients
- Private Pay Clients
- Pediatrics - including children with developmental disabilities, autism, and other needs

What You’ll DoAs the Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for clients and play a critical role in supporting the care journey. Responsibilities include:

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments, manage check-ins/check-outs, and support clinic flow
- Handle insurance billing, including HCAI submissions, OCF-18 forms, and related documentation
- Manage client referrals, intake, and documentation in clinic systems
- Communicate with clients and insurers regarding approvals, documentation, and service updates
- Prepare documents (e.g., consent forms, treatment plans) and obtain digital signatures
- Perform light housekeeping (e.g., surface sanitization, vacuuming) to maintain a clean environment
- Experience in reception, administration, or client coordination
- Prior experience with MVA clients
- Working knowledge of HCAI and the OCF-18 form (preferred)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, including comfort working with children and individuals with disabilities
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude

CompensationCompensation will be discussed based on your experience, education, and skills. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for full-time hires.
