Vancouver, Canada Protec Dental Full time

The Data Entry/Customer Service role will report to the Denture Team Lead.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Enter all incoming customer cases into the internal lab database system (CPM) and match works orders to the respective cases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Call client to confirm, request and clarify their order in a professional and friendly manner to endure the best service possible.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client cases and patient information.
- Case Scheduling - Organize and make sure deadlines are achieved for the incoming orders.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Aptitude for working both collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative and customer service role is preferred.
- Previous dental office experience would be considered an asset.

**Job Type**
- Full-time Monday to Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.19 per hour
