As a Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service representative at Max Natural Foods, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient entry of sales orders, customer information, and other relevant data. You will also provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products.

**Responsibilities**:
Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all product details, quantities, and shipping information are correct.

Maintain and update customer, vendor, and sales records in the company’s database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders can be fulfilled.

Handle customer complaints and resolve order issues, such as delays or product discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fast and accurate data entry abilities with attention to detail in processing orders and customer information.
