**Responsibilities - Including but not limited to the following**:

- Manage inventory levels of in stock materials
- Ability to read work orders and order materials as needed
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Loading and unloading of material deliveries; physically fit, able to lift items up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
- Put job materials into kits following the work order material lists
- Assist with loading / unloading of trailers in preparation for days work
- Maneuver trailers around the shop and yard
- Operating forklift to move materials
- Ensuring shop and yard and organized, clean and free of debris including snow clearing and grass cutting, shop sweeping equipment organization
- Pick up and delivery of materials from supplier to shop and shop to site
- Assist crews when needed
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, and presentable
- Coordinate and track required maintenance of tools and equipment
- Willing to assist with unique tasks as they arise
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Self-motivated and self-directed

**Qualifications**:

- An efficient self starter that is able to prioritize and organize their own daily schedule
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to customers, management, co-workers
- Team player with a positive, “Can-Do” Attitude
- Ability to get to shop location daily before 7am
- G Drivers license with clean drivers abstract
- Experience towing and backing a trailer
- Valid Forklift License an asset
- Working at Heights training an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and trade experience an asset

**Wage to be determined based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

- Barrie, ON L4N 5N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
