**Counter Attendant and Food Preparation Duties**

Keep records/logs of the quantities of food used and produced, Portion and wrap foods, Prepare, heat and finish food items, Package takeout food, Take customers' orders, Using POS (Point Of Sale) to process Credit cards, vouchers and other payments. Serve customers at counters or tables, Stock refrigerators/Displays and salad bars, Package take-out food, Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, and maintain workstations clean and tidy.

Promote new products, provide advice about products and merchandise.

**Dishwashing/General Cleaning Duties**

Place dishes in storage area, Scour pots and pans, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units, Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, clean/wash washrooms, take garbage to dumpsters, empty and clean garbage bins, clean windows, maintain merchandise clean and tidy.

Avoid any cross contamination.

**Equipment and Machinery**

Conventional/Speed oven, Electronic cash register, Food dispensers, waffle makers and any other food equipment necessary for the daily operation of the business.

**Kitchen Helpers Duties**

Able to handle and prepare Pork, Beef, chicken, Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Handle and store cleaning products, Sharpen kitchen knives

**Weight Handling**

Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

**Food Service Helpers Specific Skills**

Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load bus pans and trays,

You are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.

Or have a valid Canadian work permit

Must live in Brampton
