We are looking for a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations of our dynamic restaurant.

**Job Summary**:
The Food & Beverage Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong understanding of restaurant management, staff supervision, and guest service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including dining service, bar, and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, manage purchasing, and reduce waste.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and respond to guest inquiries or concerns.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support budget and cost control initiatives.
- Help implement promotional and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
