We’re seeking an experienced **Parts Manager** to lead our parts department, support our technicians, and strengthen relationships with our wholesale clients. **What You’ll Do**
- **Lead and Manage the Parts Department**: Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory management, and ordering processes.
- **Build Strong Wholesale Client Relationships**: Maintain and grow partnerships with our wholesale accounts to ensure continued business growth.
- **Support Our Service Team**: Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability, contributing to efficient workflow in the shop.
- **Optimize Inventory & Profitability**: Monitor stock levels, reduce obsolescence, and ensure the right parts are available when needed.
- **Drive Department Success**: Implement strategies to meet sales targets, control costs, and deliver exceptional customer service.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven leadership experience in an automotive parts department (Honda experience an asset).
- Strong relationship-building skills with wholesale customers and internal team members.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of parts inventory management and ordering processes.
- Proficiency with dealer management systems (DMS) and parts catalog software.
