Ryan Vending is growing our team, and we’re looking for a full-time Route Supervisor to join our team in Port Coquitlam.
As a supervisor your primary focus is to support and mentor your team. You ensure that your team of CSRs completes their daily duties of scheduled customer visits to a high level of accuracy and efficiency and act as a support to Ryan Vending operations. You can expect to have a varied workload, doing what is required to keep your team operating at full capacity - mentoring/coaching a team of CSRs, acting as a backup CSR when needed, scheduling, completing inventories and other warehouse-related items, working interdepartmentally to ensure your team has what they need and our customers are satisfied. What We Look For
- Experience leading a team

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must undergo a background check; must be eligible for clearances based on a clean background check
- Must be able to access all client locations, many of whom require contractors to be fully vaccinated
