- Required:_ Must be studying for or have completed at least **Fundamentals of Insurance** or **CAIB 1**.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A strong drive to hit sales targets and achieve goals.
- Proven experience in **customer service** with a passion for building relationships.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology and computer programs.
- Strong **communication** skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle client retention and inquiries with ease.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and working hours as needed.
- Outstanding **organizational**, **time management**, and **interpersonal** skills.

**Shifts & Flexibility**:
**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **Dealership road service,**following a fair rotation schedule.
- Provide **insurance quotes** and sell new policies with enthusiasm.
- Manage walk-in traffic efficiently, handling transactions and inquiries promptly.
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve any outstanding matters.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry changes to offer the best possible service.
- Be proactive in managing individual filing tasks and maintaining organization.
- Make timely **renewal calls** to existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
