**Responsabilités**
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes dans plusieurs restaurants, en veillant au respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Diriger et gérer efficacement les équipes, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien aux barmans, aux cuisiniers et aux autres membres du personnel.
- Assurer des niveaux élevés de satisfaction de la clientèle en maintenant des normes de service de qualité et en répondant rapidement à toute préoccupation.
- Superviser les pratiques de manutention des aliments afin de se conformer aux réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité.
- Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour maintenir la qualité et la cohérence du menu dans toutes les unités.
- Effectuer des évaluations régulières du rendement et donner de la formation pour améliorer les compétences de l'équipe en matière d'accueil et de service à la clientèle.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stocks et coordonner avec les fournisseurs pour des livraisons en temps opportun.
- Analyser les mesures de rendement opérationnel pour identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies efficaces.
**Exigences**
- Expérience avérée dans l'industrie alimentaire, de préférence dans un rôle de direction supervisant plusieurs unités ou sites.
- Solides compétences en gestion d'équipe avec la capacité de motiver et de diriger des équipes diversifiées.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration de l'expérience client.
- Connaissance des procédures de manipulation des aliments et des règlements sanitaires dans l'environnement du restaurant.
- Une expérience en tant que barman ou en cuisine est hautement souhaitable.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Compétences en communication efficaces pour interagir avec le personnel, les clients et les parties prenantes.
- Une passion pour l'industrie hôtelière et un engagement à fournir un service exceptionnel.
**Job Summary**

- Oversee food handling practices to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency across all units.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skills in hospitality and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role overseeing multiple units or locations.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Experience in bartending or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Pay: $48,988.87-$60,118.29 per year
