**Job Overview**:
The Catering Manager will be the driving force behind our catering division, ensuring impeccable service and a seamless experience for all our clients. This role demands a hands-on approach, combined with the capability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities effectively, and lead a team to success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, customizing packages, and ensuring their satisfaction from inquiry to event completion.

**Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, ensuring professionalism, punctuality, and the delivery of top-notch service at every event.

**Operational Oversight**: Coordinate logistics for each event, including transport, setup, execution, and breakdown.

**Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, pricing, and invoicing, ensuring profitability while delivering value to clients.

**Vendor Coordination**: Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services.

**Menu Consultation**: Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs of clients.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct post-event reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve service standards.

**Multitasking**: Efficiently manage multiple events and priorities, ensuring no detail is overlooked and every commitment is met.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to think and plan ahead.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and direct a diverse team.
- Proficiency in managing financials and budgeting.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and make decisions quickly.
