**Company Overview**

Clearview Horticultural Products Inc. is a leading wholesale greenhouse located in Langley, BC, with over 1 million sq. ft. of indoor production. Clearview produces Clematis, young plants and finished plants to growers and retailers across North America, as well as a large assortment of annuals.

We are currently seeking an experienced grower with a key focus on stock plant and propagation management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and provide leadership to the growing team, supervisors, provide training to employees while ensuring best practices and techniques are being followed.
- Implement nutrition and pest control programs to effectively maintain optimum stock and propagation health.
- Stay updated on the latest horticultural techniques and technologies through ongoing learning (courses, webinars, etc.).
- Ensure optimal greenhouse conditions including ventilation, lighting, temperature, and humidity control are maintained.
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness protocols throughout all growing areas, with special attention to stock and propagation zones.
- Maintain detailed records of stock and propagation, production activities, and pest control measures.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to align propagation schedules with overall crop planning and seasonal production goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in nursery or greenhouse floriculture, with a deep understanding of plant health, pests, pathogens, nutrition, and greenhouse environment.
- **Horticulture Bachelor of Science,**or equivalent education.
- Must have a good understanding ofpropagation and stock management**,**with experience growing annuals as a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and address plant health issues effectively.
- willing to relocate to Canada
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings on a rotating schedule as required.
