**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage training and documentation for our Visual Effects and Business Intelligence tools, ensuring that all team members are fully trained on their use and understand how to utilize them effectively
- Gather information from internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and translate these into product requirements
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and met
- Assist in managing JIRA and the team with scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team to understand the needs and requirements of the bid and resource planning processes and ensure they are integrated into the product
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and make adjustments as needed to ensure that it meets business objectives and user needs.
- Work closely with Head of Software development to shape global road map for Business Intelligence initiatives and ensure that it aligns with overall business strategy and goals.
- Communicate with stakeholders
- across the organization to understand the current needs and future vision for the Business Intelligence initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of the Visual Effects Business Intelligence Pipeline and software with strong skills using Shotgrid
- Experience in Visual Effects Bidding, Resource planning, Estimation and Production
- Experience interfacing with Accounting and Financial stakeholders
- Strong experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and its use in managing development teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role as a Product Manager or Subject Matter Expert is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
